Characters
Bull O'Kane's story
- We let him get away with this, we look weak. I look weak. He's a traitor, so we treat him like one.
Marie McKenna's story
- I don't hate them. I refuse to hate them. Hate eats a person up and twists their lives and all the time the person they hate is living their life happily.
Gerry Fegan's story
- I can have a life. I can be a real person, a whole person. All I wanted was some peace. I just wanted to sleep. That's all.
Davy Campbell's story
- They can't take my job from me. It's my life. Thinking of life without it is like thinking of falling from a cliff. They cannot take it away, I am nothing without it.
